Depends on my mood. I'm very social but need my 'me' time.

Honestly - Instagram. Goal - Meditate.

How did your awesome business come to be?
I was tired of working for the man, and the thought of another job search was just too much. I wanted to do something that I love AND help make positive changes in other people's' lives. I had 6 months of savings and went for it. That was in 2010. Now we serve over 45 clients and employ over 20 amazing Assistants. I LOVE my job.
Who inspired you to pursue entrepreneurship?
I think it came from inside of myself. Just a knowing that this is what I was supposed to do next.

Improve my business, yet not drown in perfectionism.
Have you ever had a mentor? If so, how did they help you?
I wish! I feel like I have done everything the hard way.
How do you define success for yourself?
My overall happiness. This comes from doing what is right in all aspects of my life. Work is just a means to help others, survive/thrive, provide the opportunity to travel/explore!
What is a recent success that you're super proud of accomplishing?
Finding out that my profits are way up and realizing that I can give raises next year!!
What is your superpower?
Gut feelings. Sometimes I just know about people, and this has allowed me to build an incredible team.
What is the least sexy part of your job?
Having to be available at odd times.
What do you hope to learn from your community of peers inside the Hatch Tribe Members Circle?
I'd love to mentor and be mentored. We all have our strengths and I'm excited to be part of a helping community.
