How It Works
The 360° Feedback Review is a 4-step process that is tailored to your business context and leadership goals.
Phase 1: Preparation
- We work together to define the goals of the review, which leadership traits to evaluate, who will be asked to provide feedback 
Phase 2: Interviews & Surveys
- In-person interviews are conducted with select direct reports, colleagues, or key stakeholders, while an anonymous survey is distributed to additional participants to gather additional feedback 
Phase 3: Synthesis & Reporting
- We analyze the qualitative and quantitative data to identify key patterns, developing a detailed report with strengths, growth areas, and recommendations 
Phase 4: Feedback Review & Leadership Coaching
- We’ll review findings together in a feedback session, including the insights and strategies to support your leadership development.
