Let’s raise a glass with our fellow female founders!

Join us Thursday, April 18th at Tradesman Brewing for our favorite after hours affair, the Women Entrepreneurs’ Sunset Social.  The SOCIAL gives you the chance to connect with other women entrepreneurs in a casual, happy hour style event & be inspired by a local leading lady and you’re going to love this month’s guest, Sara Gayle McConnell of Tradesman Brewing!

We'll kick off the evening with light bites, tasty Tradesman Brewing craft beer (cider, wine or non-alcoholic beverages too), and plenty of time to connect. Later we'll gather for an interactive & soulful conversation led by Hilary Johnson, Founder of Hatch Tribe, and Sara Gayle McConnell, founder & brewer at Tradesman Brewing. We’ll explore a chat around the journey of entrepreneurship, building a business from the ground up (literally), and lessons learned from the road.

If you’re a female founder craving meaningful connection with other like-minded and passionate business owners, you’re in the right place! Hatch Tribe creates opportunities for women entrepreneurs to gather, whether it’s for gaining practical skills, bouncing ideas off one another, making new business besties, or simply finding someone who understands what it's like to run her own business.

Hatch Tribe helps women entrepreneurs launch and grow powerful, purposeful, and profitable businesses, while creating a community that thrives by being "better together". We do this through Cultivation + Connection. Cultivation is all about helping you grow! Simply put, we educate women entrepreneurs on the things they need to know to be successful. Connection is all about building your network! We create opportunities for passionate female entrepreneurs to meet one another and build relationships that matter.

We’re on a mission to empower 1,000,000 women entrepreneurs globally. We strive to create a world where women are supported and encouraged to courageously pursue entrepreneurship, leading to a greater parity of women owned businesses worldwide.

This is one hell of TRIBE and we can’t wait to welcome you to the party. Join us!

Hilary Johnson is on a mission to help women entrepreneurs develop powerful, profitable and sustainable businesses. As a serial entrepreneur and business coach herself, she recognized the need firsthand for true community, support, and education. This led her to create Hatch Tribe, an organization devoted to cultivating and connecting women entrepreneurs across the world. She is the host of the “Art of Doing Podcast” and author of "A Girls Guide to Surviving the Startup with Your Mind, Body, and Soul Intact", an encouraging read that imparts road-tested wisdom for tackling the inner and outer work of being the boss.

Sara Gayle McConnell began her career as a Neonatal Intensive Care Nurse in 1992. She actively pursued goals within the nursing profession including clinical leadership, writing test questions for NCC (certification exam taken by NNICU RN’s across North America and Canada), as well as serving as the clinical educator for her unit for 4 ½ years prior to leaving MUSC to help her husband pursue the dream of owning and operating a craft brewery. She quickly found her niche in the company, taking over the books and the management of the taproom. She was a co-founder of the BREWSTER program, which gives women the opportunity to learn about brewing and to help hands on make a beer. A dollar from all sales of the BREWSTER beer goes to a local woman’s non-profit.

To date she and breweries that she has recruited to BREWSTER brew have donated ~$15,000. She is actively involved with the SC Brewers Guild, having been elected to a 2 year term to sit on the board of directors in 2017.
