Meet Hilary
Hilary Johnson is the Founder & CEO of Hatch Tribe and she’s also our head coach! She’s an experienced Business Growth & Leadership Coach that has a special interest in working with women entrepreneurs & small business owners.
Hilary loves nothing more than helping her clients experience a joyful transformation in their business. Affectionately dubbed the “business whisperer”, she’s adept at helping her clients get to the root cause of challenges in their business and then creating an actionable, easeful plan to create change.
Hilary brings a wealth of experience from both the corporate & entrepreneurial worlds to the table. She spent the first 10 years of her professional career climbing the corporate ladder working on sales & marketing for some of the world's most iconic brands, including the beer brands Miller Lite and Coors Light. She managed and activated multi-million dollar marketing budgets, advertising campaigns, and sponsorships, which gave her real-life training on how to build big, world class brands.
Hilary leveraged all that “Big Brand” knowledge into her own entrepreneurial journey, which led to launching, growing, and selling multiple different businesses since 2011. She has operated businesses in a wide range of industries, including festival & event production, experiential marketing, yoga, e-commerce, affiliate marketing, retreats, courses & memberships, masterminds, business coaching practice, and consulting.
As a female business coach with extensive experience running businesses, there is very little Hilary hasn’t experienced or seen firsthand. Whatever challenge or opportunities you’re facing in your business, you’ll be in good hands with Hilary by your side as a business and executive leadership coach.
Hilary is also a Business Consultant, Keynote Speaker and Author of "A Girls Guide to Surviving the Startup with Your Mind, Body, and Soul Intact", an encouraging read that imparts road-tested wisdom for tackling the inner and outer work of being the boss. When she’s not working you’ll find her traveling the world with a single carry-on bag and hunting down the best bakery in town. She lives by the mantra is “Live Loud. Eat Well. Travel Often”.
