Hatch Tribe is seeking a part-time content & event coordinator with prior experience in marketing, social media, and content production. This position will be instrumental in executing projects and will report directly to the Founder. Candidates should have experience in creating and scheduling content across a variety of platforms. Experience in events is a plus.


  • Social Media: Create content, schedule, engage fans, respond to DM’s

  • Newsletters: Create, schedule

  • Blog: Coordinate calendar, conduct interviews, schedule publishing

  • Video: Edit, schedule

  • Members Circle: Coordinate & prepare content, set-up virtual events & online courses, engage with members in our virtual community

  • Reporting: Develop reports to measure results from content & campaigns

  • Live Events: PR, event listings, day-of coordination, post-event wrap ups

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Prior experience in marketing, social media, and content production

  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with an attention to detail

  • Great communication & customer service skills

  • Strong desire to help women entrepreneurs succeed

  • Strong work ethic & proactive approach to achieving goals

  • Ability to problem solve & receive feedback

  • Values “deep work” and avoids “multi-tasking”

  • Must be a team player, but able to work independently!

  • Must live in the Charleston, SC area

  • This role is currently part-time with an estimated 20 hours / week

  • Potential expansion to full-time role in 2020
